Job Description:
A service technician will be required to perform a variety of responsibilities. These responsibilities can include heavy lifting, troubleshooting and repairing animal production systems, welding or brazing, plumbing and electrical work. Applicants will need to take direction well and work independently. We will provide training as needed. Applicants will need to feel comfortable asking questions for clarification.

Hours for this position may fluctuate. This position is based on a 50-55 hour work week. Typically 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. There may be an occasional job that may require an overnight stay.
Starting Wage: Wage can be negotiated based on experience.

Job Description:
The Project Manager will be required to work closely with customers, subcontractors & other employees. Responsibilities will include organizing and implementing bigger projects. You will be in charge of gathering material needed and delivering to sites, communicating with crews clearly about what needs to be accomplished and following up as needed through completion of the project. Projects can include heavy lifting, use of equipment (forklift, skidloader, telehandler, etc), and team work as needed to meet deadlines. Applicants will need to take direction, communicate well and work closely with others. We will provide training as needed. Ag Force has a SEP IRA plan for all full-time employees, over the age of 21 & after they have been with us for 1 year. Deposits are made based on the employee’s yearly salary.

Vehicle/Equipment Use: An Ag Force truck will be provided for business use. You will be required to have a clean driving record to operate Ag Force vehicles or equipment.

Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day are paid Holidays. Christmas Eve & New Year’s Eve have been shorter days if the schedule allows.

Vacation: We allow up to 14 days off with pay. We ask that you communicate in advance as much as possible. We will try to help with coverage. Any days off days will need to be discussed in advance.
